How Do I Mark an Action Item as Incomplete as the Creator?

No special permission is required to mark an Action Item as Incomplete if you are the Action Item creator.
An Action Item's creator can mark the Action Item as Incomplete even when the current status is Complete. The process for marking an Action Item as Incomplete is the same whether the Action Item is viewed on the Session or Action Items page.
Click on the ellipses icon on the Action Item page and select Incomplete.
