I have a new direct report. Can I view their past coaching data?

An employee from another manager’s team just joined my team. Can I see their historic coaching information, such as past check-ins and notes?

Managers cannot see coaching events, ex. check-ins and notes from other manager’s. Only users with "Coaching: All Access" permission have this ability.

To view coaching data created by other managers for your current employees, you’ll need to be added as a co-coach on any historical check-ins or be granted the “Coaching: All Access” permission.
