Can I View My New Direct Report's Sessions and Notes with Their Former Manager?

Managers cannot see coaching events, such as Sessions, Notes, and Action Items, that were hosted by another manager.

There are only two ways that you can view your new report's historical coaching conversations with other managers:

1. You will need to be add as a Co-Coach to the Sessions that the other manager led.

2. You will need to be given Coaching: All Access permission. Only Ambition's Support team is able to grant this permission. Reach out to GetHelp@Ambition.com to request access.
