What Can Co-Coaches Do?

Co-Coaches can approve a Session when the coached employee’s manager is not available. They can also add context, clarification, and guidance through Session comments and Notes.
The chart below outlines what Co-Coaches can and cannot do in a Session.
Required permissions:
Any user can be added as a Co-Coach to a Session, even if they do not have the system Manager or Admin permissions set.

Co-Coaches in Group Sessions
Group Session Co-Coaches have additional capabilities beyond those that are available to standalone Session and Program Co-Coaches.
