No special permission is required to create a Skill for yourself.
The AI: Skill Sharing: Can Share Skills with Anyone permission is required to share Skills with any user in your organization.
The AI: Skill Sharing: Can Share Skills for Subordinate Users permission is required to share Skills with your direct and skip-level reports.
Ambition Skills are reusable prompts for the AI agent that help users take common actions or answer frequently asked questions faster. They work like shortcuts: instead of rewriting the same request, users can run a Skill to investigate performance trends, summarize activity, prepare for coaching meetings, or follow a repeatable workflow.
There are three ways to access Ambition Skills:

Someone with a Skill sharing permission, such as an admin or your manager, can share a Skill with you
