What Are Ambition Skills?

There is no permission required to create a Skill for yourself to use.
The AI: Skill Sharing: Can Share Skills with Anyone permission is required to share Skills with any user in your organization.
The AI: Skill Sharing: Can Share Skills for Subordinate Users permission is required to share Skills with your direct and skip-level reports.
Ambition Skills are reusable prompts for the AI Agent that help users take common actions or answer frequently asked questions faster. They work like shortcuts: instead of rewriting the same request, users can run a Skill to investigate performance trends, summarize activity, prepare for coaching meetings, or follow a repeatable workflow.

A Skill can be shared with by an admin
