How Do I Give Feedback on an AI Agent Response?

  • No special permission is required to give feedback on an AI agent response.

Rate a Response

Ambition's team reviews every piece of feedback users send about the AI agent's output. You can rate the AI agent's responses by taking the following steps:

  1. Below the agent's reply, click on the Helpful (thumbs-up) or Not helpful (thumbs-down) icon.

  2. A pop-up window will open. If you chose Not helpful, you can pick a reason from the Category (optional) drop-down menu.

  3. Describe what worked well or what went wrong in the text box (up to 140 characters).

  4. Click on Submit feedback, or click on Skip to keep your rating without a comment.

  5. To remove your rating, click on the same icon again.
