Who Can Interact with Action Plans?
Last updated: November 5, 2026
What you can do with an Action Plan depends on your role in it: the manager who created it, a Co-Coach, the employee it's assigned to, or a user with broader coaching access.
Review the sections below to learn what each role can and cannot do on an Action Plan.
Required permissions:
No special permission is required to interact with an Action Plan where you are the manager, Co-Coach, or employee.
The Coaching: All Access permission is required to interact with Action Plans where you are not a manager, Co-Coach, or employee.

Add and remove Co-Coaches.
