Create Multiple Goals

Yes! By using the hierarchy level "Employee > Select employees within specific groups" OR "Employee > Select specific employees", you can create an individual goal for each respective employee selected.

When selecting the goal's metric and target, the "targets are different" checkbox will allow you to set custom targets for each employee as well.
