Accolades Overview

Bring achievements to the forefront with data powered by Ambition.

Accolades delivers the ultimate flexibility to sales teams, supporting both rewards programs that are automatically derived from metrics and programs that are manually derived at a manager or co-worker's discretion.

Whether your award program is recurring (such as the 500 Monthly Calls Club), or whether it is a one-off (Top Seller of Q1 2020), Ambition’s Accolades make it easy to define clubs and awards within Ambition, then give real-time visibility into progress against those programs for reps, managers, and executives.

Types of Accolades

  1. Metric Performance Establish a single threshold for employees to achieve. This can include a single metric or multiple metrics.

  2. Metric Performance with Multi-Level Progression  → Establish increasingly difficult levels for employees to unlock and achieve (ex: 5, 10, 25, 50 meetings set).

  3. Employee Discretion → Manager-to-Employee or Anybody-to-Anybody manual recognitions.

Interacting with Accolades in Ambition

You can quickly access information about all users who have achieved a specific accolade or specific levels on an accolade.

Accolades and achievements can also be found on employee, managerial, and group dashboards.

From a dashboard, click the Accolades tab.

Socially Share

Accolades can be shared publicly on social media or through email.
