Issues with multiple Salesforce User IDs
Depending on your organization's setup, there may be times when your Ambition account becomes associated with multiple Salesforce IDs. Having multiple IDs on your profile can cause a few issues with your account, but most notably, it can cause your account to become deactivated unexpectedly if one of the accounts is deactivated in Salesforce.
Resolve
Once you have identified the Salesforce ID associated with your active Salesforce account, then you can reach out to our support team through this form, and a support team member will remove the other ID(s).
