Why does Ambition say that I don't have an active account?

You may see the following error message when you attempt to log into Ambition:
"You do not have an active account. Please contact your Ambition administrator if you think there's been a mistake."

Here are two reasons why you may see this message:
Reason 1:
An account has not yet been created for you, or your existing account was recently deactivated.
To resolve, reach out to your administrator to have your account created or reactivated.
Reason 2:
You're logging in using a single sign-on (SSO) provider. If your SSO username or email address doesn't match your Ambition username/email, then you won't be able to log into Ambition.
To resolve, reach out to your administrator so that they can adjust your SSO and Ambition emails and usernames to match.
