Cadence Step Overdue Reminder

• What triggers it:

  • An employee's Cadence step is overdue.

  • When employees can only progress once the manager marks the Step complete, the manager is prompted to approve, re-open, or excuse the Session.

• Who gets it:

  • Manager

• Email contents:

  • The name of the employee whose Session needs approval.

  • A View Session button that opens the exact Session that needs approval.
