What you'll learn in this module

This module will teach you how to build a coaching program so that you can have regularly scheduled one-on-ones with your employees.

You'll also learn how to create group check-ins for your team huddles.

Lastly, you'll also learn how to use AI-generated pre-reads so that you can better prepare for your one-on-ones without having to consult multiple data sources.

What you'll be able to do afterwards

  1. Create a coaching program for your employees.

  2. Use AI within Ambition to generate pre-reads for your coaching check-ins. This will help you prepare more thoroughly and quickly for your one-on-ones.

  3. How to have data-drive meetings with employees.

  4. Create group check-ins for employees for one-to-many team meetings.

  5. Add public and private notes to any check-in.

  6. Create trackable action items for employees who need to work on deliverables between your current and next meeting

Programs

  1. Create a program for your team. Add at least one of the following agenda items: question item; metric snapshot; multiple choice; content block. Set the program to run weekly on Tuesdays.

AI insights

  1. Use the AI insights feature to generate a coaching pre-read for at least one of your employees.

Group check-ins

  1. Create a group check-in for your team members. The check-in should have at least two agenda items: One question and one multiple choice item.

Notes and action plans

  1. Add one public note to one of the check-ins you created. It should read: "This is an example of a public note."

  2. Add one private note to the same check-in. It should read: "This is an example of a private note."
