Who Is Notified Whenever a Super Admin is Added?

No special permission is required to receive the notifications below.
Whenever a user is assigned Super Admin privileges, two emails notifications will go out: an email to the Super Admin and an email to existing Super Admins.
Each email contains the following information:
The name of the new Super Admin
The email of the new Super Admin
The name of the user who appointed a new Super Admin
The email of the user who appointed the new Super Admin
The date and time of when the new Super Admin was added
