How Do I Use the Warehouse Tab?

The Performance Graph's Warehouse tab is where you can view all raw data tables that are tracked in Ambition.

At this time, the Warehouse tab is a reference tool -- you cannot edit any fields, headers, or row values that appear on this page.

This article goes over what data you can view on the Warehouse Tab and how you can export it.

Required permissions:

  • The AI: Manage permission is required to access the Warehouse tab.

Access the Warehouse Tab

  1. Go to Administration --> Data --> Performance Graph.

  2. Click on the Warehouse tab in the upper left corner.

  3. A hyperlinked list of all data tables will appear.

  4. Click on a table name to view two new tabs: Overview and Data.

  5. The Overview tab gives a brief summary of the most important fields for that particular table, as well as how many total rows and columns are available in the full table.

  1. The Data tab shows all extant rows within the table.

Export Warehouse Tables

Warehouse tables cannot be exported in bulk, nor can they be synced to external data warehouses at this time.

You can click on the Export button to manually export each individual table.
