How Do I Give Someone Access to the Performance Graph?

Required permissions:
The Permissions: Edit permission is required to give a user the Performance Graph: Manage permission.
Give a User the Performance Graph: Manage Permission
Go to Admin --> People --> Permissions.
Click on Individual Permissions.
Click on Create Access.
Search for and select the user.
Under Data, set Performance Graph: Manage to Yes.
Click on Create Permission Access.
The user will now see Performance Graph under Admin --> Data.
Note:
Users with the Admin permission set already have this permission.
