How Do I Show Session Ratings to Employees?

Required permissions:

  • The Organization: Edit permission is required to change the Session Rating Visibility preference so that employees can view Session ratings.

Session ratings are hidden from individual employees by default. If your company wants employees to see their Session ratings, then this preference must be set the organization-level and will be applied to all users.

Change the Session Rating Visibility Setting

  1. Go to Admin --> Organization --> Coaching Configuration.

  2. Scroll to Session Rating Visibility.

  3. Select Show To The Employee.

  4. Click Save.
