How Do I Allow Users to Delete Sessions and Programs?

Ambition's default Coaching Data Protection setting allows Sessions and Programs containing employee responses to be deleted. Admins can change this preference on Organization page to prevent Sessions and Programs from being deleted. Click here to compare the two data protection settings.

If the Coaching Data Protection was changed to On and now needs to be reverted to Off, you can do so by following the steps below.

Required permissions:

  • The Organization: Edit permission is required to change your company's Coaching Data Protection settings.

urn Off Coaching Data Protection to Allow Session and Program Deletion

  1. Go to Admin --> Organization --> Coaching Configuration.

  2. Scroll to the Coaching Data Protection section.

  3. Choose Off as the Coaching Data Protection setting.

  4. Click on Save.

Note:

  • Once the Coaching Data Protection setting has been set to Off, Sessions and Programs will be deletable even if they contain employee replies.
