How Do I Change the Coaching Visibility Settings for My Organization?

The Organization: Edit permission is required to change the Coaching Visibility setting.
Change Your Organization's Coaching Visibility Selection
Coaching Visibility controls who can view and update an employee's coaching events, such as Sessions and Notes. Manager Level is chosen by default, but you can switch between Manager and Executive Level by following the steps below:
Go to Admin --> Organization --> Coaching Configuration.
Scroll down to the Coaching Visibility section.
Select either Manager Level or Executive Level.
Click on Save.
The Save Changes to Coaching Configuration? pop-up will appear, noting that the change will take place immediately for everyone in your organization.
Click Confirm.
