Ambition Best Practices: Adding Users

In Ambition there are multiple ways to add users. The best way for you depends on quantity and integration.
We recommend using the option that best fits the amount of users being added and integration your organization uses.
Users with the "Users: Create" permission will be able to add new users.
Options for Adding New Users
If you're integrated with Salesforce, we recommend you manually sync users from Salesforce or automate account activation based on user profile attribute.
Salesforce users can also be uploaded through CSV, and the CSV will require a column of Salesforce Usernames.
If you're adding less than 15 users, we recommend adding users manually.
If you're adding more than 15 users, we recommend CSV upload.
