Available Filters |
Filter Description |
Metric |
Select a single metric. The default is activity score, but any metric within your organization's account can be used here. |
Time Frame |
Select a time frame with options ranging from Today to Last Year. ↳ If "custom" is selected as the time frame, additional "start" and "end" time filters will display. At the current time, the custom time frame option can display data for a time range of up to 3 years. ex. January 1st, 2020- January 1st, 2023. Note about Formula Builder Metrics: If you are viewing formula builder metrics that have been combined with other formula builder metrics, view data for the combination metrics on day, week, month, quarter, or year time frames rather than custom. Note: A week in Ambition is Monday - Sunday. Quarters and years are based on calendar quarters and years not fiscal quarters or years. If you need to use fiscal timeframes, select "custom". |
Rank By |
Select a value, percent-to-target, or most improved ranking option. Learn how to access and use the percent-to-target leaderboard here. Learn how to access and use the most improved leaderboard here. |
Type |
Select the hierarchy level for which you wish to view leaderboard data. |
Include Employees* Without Data |
Include employees(*or respective group type) even if they haven't contributed to the selected metric. Users or groups without data will display on the leaderboard, but they will have two dashes in line with their name instead of a numerical value. |
Filter by Group |
If "employee" is selected as the "type", refine the leaderboard by comparing individuals within the same role, team, or location. Learn more about Ambition's hierarchy levels here. |
Search |
Search for a term based on the "type" being filtered. Ex. Type = Employee, search for user's names. |
