Shared Notes

Shared Notes are visible to:

• The person who created the Note

• The employee for whom the Note was created

• Anyone with Coaching: All Access permission

Private Notes

Private Notes are visible to:

• The person who created the Note

• Anyone with Coaching: All Access permission (unless the Private Note is about that person)
