What Do the Numbers on My Activity Score and Objective Score Dashboards Represent?
Last updated: November 6, 2026
Your organization chooses which metrics appear on your Scorecard, with each metric having a weight towards your overall Activity Score or Objective Score.
Your Activity Score and Objective Score dashboards show several numbers beside each metric name. This article explains what each of those numbers represents and their relationship to your overall scores.
Percent-to-Target
The first number you'll see beside a metric's name is a percentage showing your progress toward your target. For example, if your target is 10 calls per day and you've made 5 calls, you'll see that you're 50% to target.
Attainment Total
The second number is your current attainment total against your overall target total, shown as a fraction. For example, if your goal was 10 calls a day and you made 5, you would see 5/10.
Points
The last number is the points you receive for that metric. Point weightings are determined by your admin when they create your Scorecard — they're not specific to an individual user, but to the Scorecard you belong to. If your target is to make 10 calls per day and call activity contributes 10% to your overall Scorecard, then you would receive one point for every call made.
