How Can I Access the Calendar View for My Coaching Sessions?

Ambition's Coaching Session Calendar View allows you to see see all Sessions in which you're a participant in an easy-to-read calendar format. This article outlines how you can access that view for easier coaching scheduling flows.

Required permissions:

  • No special permissions are required to access the Calendar View for your coaching Sessions.

Required features:

  • The Coaching: Calendar feature must be enabled in order to see the Calendar View option.

Access the Calendar View

  1. Click on Coach on the main menu --> Sessions.

  2. Select Calendar from the drop-down menu.

  3. All coaching Sessions in which you're an employee, manager, or Co-Coach will be displayed in a monthly calendar format.

  4. You can use the Filters menu to narrow down your view, such as to Sessions in Answers Due status or Sessions linked to a certain program.

  5. You can also use Meeting Date (From) and Meeting Date (To) fields to select a custom date range.
