Data Discrepancies
As a user of Ambition, you see your activity data all across your office. From scorecards and goals, to TVs and challenges, your activity data is highly visible.
Since data is at the forefront, you may find yourself wondering where the calculations come from, what exactly is being tracked, and why a certain activity is not being counted towards your score.
It's important to note, Ambition does not determine the specifics of how your data is tracked or what data is tracked. All activity, objective, and metric data is configured by your organization. For this reason, the internal owner of Ambition within your organization and/or your respective manager will be cc'd on responses from gethelp@ambition.com.
My data in Ambition is incorrect
As mentioned above, Ambition does not determine the specifics of how your data is tracked, so the best course of action is to reach out internally.
Who should I report data discrepancies to internally?
Some teams have shared internal processed for reporting Ambition questions, but if not, reach out to gethelp@ambition.com and the support team will assist or redirect you to the appropriate internal contact.
Contact Ambition Support
1. Expand the left navigation and click Get Help and Learn.
2. Click Issue under "Submit a Ticket"
3. Complete the form and click Submit.
4. Ambition Support will respond to your request while redirecting you to the appropriate internal contact.
The internal owner of Ambition within your organization and/or your respective manager will be cc'd on the response.
Since Ambition does not determine how your data is tracked, internal insight is crucial and necessary.
