Who Should I Pick as the Recurring Coaching Program Participants?

Ambition offers several options for choosing who will be added to a Recurring Coaching Program. If creating a Program for someone other than yourself, remember to pick that manager's name from the Manager menu before selecting one of the options below.

Select All Employees

All employees who are direct reports, skip-level reports, or members of a Group where the manager is the assigned Group Manager will be added to the Program.

If the selected manager has other managers who report to them, then their subordinate managers' direct reports will be considered direct reports, as well.

For example, assume that Alice is a senior leader, Bethany and Caroline report to Alice, and Bethany and Caroline have their own direct reports. If Select All Employees is chosen, then Bethany, Caroline, and all of their subordinates will be included in Alice's Program.

Direct Reports

If a manager is assigned as an employee's direct manager on the employee's personal profile page, then they will be added as a Program participant.

Select Specific Groups

If this option is chosen, all employees who belong to Groups that the manager oversees will be added as Program participants.

Select Specific Employees

With this option, you'll pick each individual employee who will participate in the Program.
