How Do I Use the Coaching Analytics Insights Tab?

Required permissions:
Either of the Coaching Analytics permissions or Coaching: All Access permission are required to access the Insights tab.
The Coaching Analytics Insights tab shows details for coaching events for a select Group and time frame.
Access the Coaching Analytics Insights Tab
Navigate to Analyze --> Coaching Data --> Insights.
Use the Start Date, End Date, and Group selectors to customize your view.
What Data Can I View on the Insights tab?
Weekly Coaching Activity
The Insights tab includes a graph which shows how many Sessions, Action Plans, and Notes were created each week. If you're viewing data at the organization-level, Sessions, Action Plans, and Notes by deactivated managers will count towards the company-wide total.
Utilization Metrics

Altering the Insights tab's Start Date, End Date, and/or Group will show how many coaching events were created, active, and/or completed during that time frame, including:
Number of Programs
Number of Active Programs
Number of Sessions
Number of Sessions Completed
Session Completion Rate
Session Average Rating
Number of Action Plans Created
Number of Action Plans Active
Number of Action Plans Completed
Action Plan Completion Rate
Number of Notes
Number of Private Notes
Number of Notes with File Attached
Employees Without 1 Completed Check-In
Note:
Anyone with the system Admin permission can enable the Asks feature.
The Employees Without 1 Completed Session table will show all employees from the selected Group who haven't completed at least one coaching Session during the time frame you selected.
The Act button can be used to alert the employee's manager that they should create a Session for that employee. If the Asks feature is enabled, you can use a pre-filled Ask to notify the manager.
