How Do I Use the Accountability Tab in Coaching Analytics?

The Coaching Analytics Accountability tab helps to answer the questions "Are managers coaching?" and "What the coaching utilization statistics for individual employees and teams?" The Accountability tab shows weekly and monthly coaching statistics for managers and Groups, including the Session Completion Rate and number of expired Sessions.
This article explains how to access the Accountability tab and what what data you can find there.
Required permissions:
The Coaching Analytics: Can View Coaching Analytics Only for Themselves and Direct Reports permission is required to view Session statistics for yourself and employees who report to you.
The Coaching Analytics: Can View Coaching Analytics and Reports for the Entire Organization permission or Coaching: All Access permission is required to view coaching Session statistics for all users.
Executive Level Coaching Visibility must be abled for senior leaders to see Session statistics for everyone beneath them in their reporting hierarchy.
Required features:
The Coaching: Accountability feature must be enabled. Any user with system Admin permissions can enable the feature.
Access the Coaching Analytics Accountability Tab
Navigate to Analyze --> Coaching Data --> Accountability to view coaching completion data.
Use the filters menu to adjust the data view by Time Series, End Date, or Group Type, among other options.
What Data Can I View on the Accountability Tab?
The Accountability tab shows the following Session data data points:
Due: The number of non-excused Sessions that have a due date within the respective week or month time frame.
Expired: The number of non-excused, incomplete, closed Sessions that have a due date during the respective week or month time frame.
Completed: The number of non-excused, completed Sessions that have a due date within the respective week or month time frame.
Completion Rate: The number of Completed Sessions / number Due Sessions. When filter by highest or lowest Completion Rate, the Weekly Rate will be calculated by reviewing the four weeks of selected data. The Monthly Rate will show the three months of selected data.
