What Are Coaching Analytics?

Required permissions:

  • Either Coaching Analytics permission is required to view the Accountability, Insights, Attribution, and Reports tab.

  • The Coaching: All Access permission is required to access all five tabs.

The Coaching Analytics feature allows you to view coaching utilization and effectiveness data for employees and Groups, and to download coaching reports. The Coaching Analytics suite is made up of four data sets: Accountability, Insights, Attribution, and Ratings.
