What Is Included in the Coaching Analytics Manager Utilization Report?

The Coaching Analytics permission or either of the Coaching Analytics permissions is required to view and export Manager Utilization reports.
The Manager Utilization report gives an overview of coaching activity that the manager was involved in for the designated time frame. The report broadly answers the questions "Is this manager coaching their reports?" and "How involved is the manager in the coaching process?"
The Manager Utilization report contains the fields below:
Manager: The name of the user in Ambition with system manager permissions.
Superior: If applicable, the name of the manager's direct manager. The listed superior's name is pulled from the Manager field on the manager's user profile.
Employees Coached: The unique number of employees who were involved in a Session. For example, if a manager has fie Sessions that occur within a week but all 5 Sessions are with the same employee, the Employees Coached count for the manager that week will be one.
Total Action Items: The number of Action Items the manager has created.
Agenda Comments: The number of comments the manager left within Session, Action Plan, and Group Session agendas.
Total Shared Notes: The number of Shared Notes the manager has created.
Total Private Notes: The number of Private Notes the manager has created.
Total Goals: The number of Goals the manager has created.
Total Programs: The number of Programs the manager owns.
Programs - Active: The number of Programs that the manager owns that are currently active.
Session Average Rating: If the manager opts to leave ratings on individual Sessions, the average will be displayed here.
Session Completion Rate: The number of Sessions completed / number of Sessions started.
Sessions Completed: The number of non-excused, completed Sessions that have a Start Date in the chosen timeframe.
Sessions Started: The number of non-excused Sessions that have a Start Date within the respective timeframe.
Total Sessions: The total number of Sessions the manager has created.
Sessions - Excused: The number of Sessions the manager has excused.
Sessions - Expired: The number of Sessions that have expired.
Sessions - Completed: The number of Sessions the manager has marked as Complete.
Total Action Plans: The number of Action Plans the manager has created in Ambition.
Action Plans - Active: The number of Action Plans that the manager has created that are currently active.
Action Plans - Completed: The number of Action Plans that have been completed by the respective user the plan was created for.
Action Plans - Completion Rate: The percent of Action Plans that have been completed on time by the respective user the plan was created for.
Group Type Information: Each Group Type that your organization has created in Ambition will be represented by a column. If a manager is a member of a Group with a Group Type, the specific Group will be listed.
