What Is Included in the Coaching Analytics Employee Utilization Report?

Required permissions:

  • The Coaching Analytics permission or either of the Coaching Analytics permissions is required to view and export Employee Utilization reports.

The Employee Utilization report gives an overview of coaching events that the employee was involved in for the chosen time frame and helps to identify if an employee is receiving sufficient coaching.

The report contains the following fields:

  • Employee: The employee's name as it appears in Ambition.

  • Manager: The name of the employee's direct manager. The direct manager is the person assigned in the Manager field on the employee's personal profile. If there is no manager assigned, this field will be blank.

  • Programs: The number of Programs where the employee is a participant.

  • Programs - Active: The number of actively running Programs that the employee is participating in.

  • Sessions: The number of non-excused Sessions that the employee was involved in for the designated time frame.

  • Sessions Completed: The number of non-excused, completed Sessions that had a Start Date during the chosen timeframe.

  • Sessions - Completion Rate: The number of Sessions in Completed status / number of Sessions that had a Start Date during the time period.

  • Sessions - Average Rating: The average Session rating for the employee for the time range in question. If no ratings were left, this will be blank.

  • Session - Last Completion Date: The day, month, and year when the employee completed their most recent Session.

  • Action Plans: The number of Action Plans that were created for the employee.

  • Action Plans - Active: The number of Action Plans created and which haven't passed their Due Date.

  • Action Plans - Completed: The number of completed Action Plans.

  • Action Plans - Completion Rate: The number of Action Plans that were completed by their Due Date.
