How Can I Give Group Session Participants Early Access?

Required permissions:

  • The Group Session manager can open their Group Sessions early.

  • The Coaching: All Access permission is required to open any Group Session early.

Group Sessions receive access to the Session 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time. However, admins can grant earlier access using the steps below.

Open a Group Session for Participants Early

  1. Go to Coach --> Sessions.

  2. Use the filter icon to search for Group Sessions.

  3. Click on the ellipses icon next to the name of the Group Session.

  4. Select Open for Participants.

  5. Click on Confirm.

  6. Participants will now be able to access the Group Session.
