How Do I Prorate a Scorecard Metric?

Required permissions:

  • The Ambition Scores: Edit permission is required to turn Proration on/off for a Scorecard metric.

Prorate a Scorecard Metric

After Proration is enabled for your instance, you can turn it on for individual metrics within a Scorecard. Use the steps below to prorate a single Scorecard metric:

  1. Go to Admin --> Scorecards.

  2. Under the Select Role section, click into the Choose a Role to modify menu.

  3. Find the Prorate Target column. Each metric has its own toggle in this column.

  4. Click a metric's toggle to turn Proration on or off for that metric.

  5. Click Save Scores.

  6. Type "I UNDERSTAND" twice in all capital letters to confirm the change.

Note:

  • If your organization uses a daily Activity Score, you cannot turn on Proration for daily Activity Score metrics. You can turn it on for weekly Activity Score metrics, or weekly, monthly, or quarterly Objective Score metrics.
