Where Will I See Prorated Metric Targets?
Last updated: November 6, 2026
Proration lowers the target an employee is measured against when they're marked Out of Office. However, prorated totals do not affect the data that users will see outside of their Scorecard dashboards. Continue reading below to understand where you will and will not see prorated Scorecard Targets.
Metric Totals on a Scorecard Dashboard
When Prorate Target is turned on for a metric, values contributed during time marked Out of Office will be ignored on the Scorecard.
The Target that appears on their personal and associated Group Dashboards will be lowered to match the days the employee was available.
If the employee is Out of Office for the entire Scorecard period, the Target on their dashboards will be set to 0 and no values will count toward it.
Metric Totals Anywhere Else in Ambition
Proration only affects Scorecards. Leaderboards, Goals, and Analytics reports will still include every value the employee contributed, including values from Out of Office days.
