Records-based integrations cannot support manual entry

While Ambition supports both manual entry integrations and integrations with a records-based format, Ambition does not support the two together. Due to how manual entry integrations operate in our daily totals format, an integration cannot use both manual entry and records-based formatting.

To resolve the error either:

• Change the data format from records-based to daily totals (available only when data has not yet been uploaded into the respective integration)

• Remove manual entry as a transport method

  • Click Settings > locate Transport Methods > Click Remove next to Manual Entry.

In order to resolve this error, please review your records-based integrations and remove the manual entry transport method from all record-based integrations. You will be unable to add new or edit metrics until this is resolved.
