How Do I Finish a Recurring Coaching Program?

Required permissions:

  • The Coaching: Create Program: Can Create Program for Self is required for a manager to finish a Program that they created or which was created on their behalf.

  • The Coaching: Create Program: Can Create Programs for Any Manager permission is required to finish a Program for any manager.

  • The Coaching: All Access permission is required to finish a Program for any manager.

What Happens When a Program is Finished?

Finishing a Program means that

Pause a Recurring Coaching Program

  1. Go to Coach --> Programs.

  2. Click on the ellipses icon next to the Program's name or click on the ellipses icon on the individual Program page.

  3. Click on Finish.

  4. Click on Confirm.

Pause Multiple Recurring Coaching Programs

  1. Go to Coach --> Programs.

  2. Click on the checkbox next to the name of every Program that should be finished.

  3. Select Finish from the Actions menu.

  4. Click on Confirm.

Re-Open a Finished Program

Finished Programs cannot be be re-opened. You will need to create a new Program instead.
