How Can I Leave Comments on Notes?

It is not possible for anyone -- the Note creator, employee, or anyone with Coaching: All Access -- to leave a comment on a Shared or Private Note.
If you are the Note creator, you can edit the Note to add questions or context.
If you are the employee, you can leave a comment on your Session for the manager and Co-Coach to view.
