What type of information can the AI agent access?

Your organization's administrator determines what data is visible and accessible to the AI agent. If an object or field has not been synced with Ambition, or if a record has never been sent to Ambition, then agent cannot see it.

Employee Information
The Ambition AI agent has access only to personal information supplied to it by employees or an integration, including:
First and last name
Email address
Username
Job titles
Active/inactive account status
User/manager/admin status
Ambition group memberships
Employee-manager linkage for the organizational hierarchy
Profile picture
Time zone
Performance Data
The AI agent can access the following performance data:
Any metric built by a customer and tracked in Ambition
Per-employee roll ups of these metrics at a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Active goals for individuals and groups, including goal names, targets, and progress
Leaderboard standings
Competition enrollment
Competition scores and score deltas
Accolade levels
Accolade attainment
Pipeline performance, including:
Pipeline snapshots
Opportunity names
Opportunity values
Opportunity stages
Close dates
CRM-synced fields
Deal stages
Deal movement
Forecasted and projected revenue figures when available
Coaching Data
The Ambition AI agent has access to the following coaching data:
Coaching session records
Employee responses
Session comments
Coaching notes
Organizational Hierarchies
The Ambition AI agent can access the following hierarchical information:
Group names
Group types, such as Role and Location group types
Group memberships
Manager-rep hierarchies based on group membership and group management
The AI Agent is tested and permissioned to be sure your data is secure.
The AI agent can only access data in your organization's Ambition instance. It does not reference data from other companies.
The agent operates in read-only mode and cannot modify, delete, or create records.
