How do I create saved filters for sessions?

Last updated: July 22, 2026

The Sessions page can show a large number of sessions depending on your role and how many people you manage.

Saved filters let you set up a specific combination of criteria once and return to that exact view any time, without rebuilding it from scratch.

How do I save coaching session filters?

  1. Go to Coach in the side navigation bar and click Sessions.

  2. Click the filter icon in the upper right of the page. The Filters panel opens on the Filter View tab.

The filter icon is located in the top toolbar of the Sessions page, next to Quick Filters.
  3. With the filter panel open, set the criteria you want using any combination of filters.

    1. The different filter options are explained in detail in the sections below.

  4. Optional: To clear your current filter criteria without saving, click Clear at the top of the panel.

  5. Click + New Saved Filter at the top of the panel to name and save your selections.

Top of the Filters panel with the New Saved Filter button highlighted next to the Clear button.
  1. After you save your filter it will appear under the Saved tab of the Filters panel for quick access any time.

  2. Optional: You can set up a scheduled coaching report email that will save the results of your coaching filter to you on a recurring schedule. You must have the Workflows: Create or Workflows: All Access permission to set up this workflow type. The article below outlines how to set up this workflow type.
