What Permissions Do I Need to Create, Edit, and Share Skills?

Create a Skill
No special permission is required to create a Skill for yourself to use. You can create a Skill from Ambition's Skill Library or create a custom Skill.
To create a Skill for others to use, you'll need one of the Skill sharing permissions detailed in the Share a Skill section.
Edit a Skill
No special permission is required to edit a Skill that you created. You can edit any Skill created by another user as long that Skill's creator has given you editing access. Click here to learn more about granting Skill editing access to other users.
Share a Skill
Ambition offers two Skill sharing permissions.
The AI: Skill Sharing: Can Share Skills for Subordinate Users permission allows you to share Skills you created with your direct and skip-level reports.
The AI: Skill Sharing: Can Share Skills with Anyone permission is required to share a Skill with anyone in your company.
