What Types of Workflows Can I Create?

Workflows automatically send alerts and scheduled reports to email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, and Ambition TVs. Some Workflows are sent as soon as something happens in Ambition, while others are sent on a schedule you set.
In this article, you'll learn about the different Workflow Types and where each Workflow notification can be sent.
Required permissions:
The Workflows: Create or Workflows: All Access permission is required to create a Workflow.
Alert Workflows
Alert Workflows are sent as soon as their conditions are met, such as when someone reaches a Metric value or a record matches your filters.
Metric Based Alert: Sends a notification when a person or Group reaches a value you set for a Metric, such as a rep booking their fourth meeting of the week.
Records Based Alert: Sends a notification each time a record matches your filters, such as every new closed won opportunity over $100,000.
Integration Health Status Alert: Sends an email when Ambition finds a problem with data coming in from an integration, and again when it's resolved.
Scheduled Workflows
Scheduled Workflows are sent on a recurring schedule, such as every weekday at noon or every Monday morning.
Scheduled Leaderboard: Sends a performance ranking of people or Groups for one Metric.
Scheduled Analytics Report: Emails a saved Analytics spreadsheet report as an Excel (.xlsx) file.
Scheduled Coaching Report: Emails coaching Session data from a saved Session report as an Excel file.
Scheduled Pipeline Intelligence Report: Sends a saved Pipeline View as a CSV or Excel file.
Note:
The Scheduled Pipeline Intelligence Report option will only appear when the Pipeline Intelligence: Scheduled Report Workflows feature is turned on. Contact your Customer Success Manager to turn it on.
